You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and free of perfumes or stains
• In its original condition and packaging
• With all tags attached

 Final sale items, accessories, and items with more than 25% discount are not eligible for return.

 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
